Dan DiMatteo brings over a decade of varied professional experience. He is currently Managing Partner of Cooke and Sons, a Massachusetts mixed-use real estate firm and a licensed Real Estate Agent. Dan formerly functioned as Vice President Operations of the brokerage division of EVO, a Boston-based mixed-use real estate development firm. Previously he worked in scientific communications and business strategy at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and spent several years serving as a medical first responder, which included multiple high acuity Coast Guard medical transports.
Dan currently serves as Chairman of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High school alumni association. He is a Dennis, MA, native, a proud resident of Americas Hometown, and is extraordinarily active in Massachusetts civic activities, including raising money for veterans, first responders, toys for tots, and breast cancer foundation. Dan holds a BS and MPA from Westfield State University, where he was also elected team captain for their NCAA baseball team. Dan holds a real estate salesperson license and is also a notary public.
